The year 2025 marks the 16th anniversary of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), and we were excited to celebrate this milestone at the 16th Anniversary cum Chinese New Year Cocktail held on 4 February 2026 at Centricity – Concentric. More than 230 industry leaders and distinguished guests attended the occasion, which was honoured by the presence of Mr David LAM, JP, Under Secretary for Development as the Guest of Honour, including Government Officials, and HKGBC’s Founding Members, Directors, Members and Working Partners. The 20th edition of Eco Expo Asia was successfully held from 28 to 31 October 2025 at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong. Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, and co-organised by the Environment and Ecology Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), this milestone event attracted over 11,000 buyers from 118 countries and regions and featured some 340 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions.
